The Process
Typically, we start off by working with the client to put a strategy in place on how we will market the event. We discuss different services that we can offer and discuss expectations. Keep in mind that some services are more engaging than others, but that also means they can be more costly.
Secondly, we begin working on the designs to promote and advertise the event. We get together with the client to discuss designs they are envisioning and how they want to relay the information of the event to the public.
Thirdly, once the client approves the designs, they are sent to the printer. We work directly with the actual print companies, not brokers, to provide the best pricing possible. We can print just about anything that comes to mind. Once again, depending on the vision of the customer, will determine what and how the print should be done.
Finally, the activation goes live. We post up posters, hang banners, and engage with people whenever possible to make everyone aware of the event.
We work with the client to create different methods on how to keep track of all the ads and promotions. Some of these methods, even though they are not 100% guaranteed, will help figure out what is working and what isn’t.
